Currency Return Terms

If we do not accept your Offer, we will return the Currency to you (at our cost) by Royal Mail Special Delivery (or a similar service offered by another carrier).

Subject always subject to our terms and conditions, we will not be responsible for returning Currency in the same condition as when we first received it, nor for any losses (however arising) you may incur from testing procedures we carry out to verify your Currency.

Scrap currency returned to you may not be the same coins received due to our sorting and storing procedures. It will be of equal weight, or at our discretion, we may buy the scrap for recycling and return all other currency.

Where identified, counterfeit currency will not be returned to you.
